LifePlans’ Third Party Administrative unit exclusively serves the LTC insurance industry. Our distinct business objective is to provide a flexible and consumer-focused administration program, which is serviced by highly trained, specialized staff experienced in all aspects of LTC administration. We employ a service program that supports and efficiently manages the applicable requirements of our insurance customers’ LTC products.

LifePlans will customize our proprietary LTC administrative application and platform to support the specific benefit features and contractual requirements of the policy.

The services we provide include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Policy issue and maintenance
  • Premium billing/collection and general account maintenance
  • Customer service
  • Customized data reporting and transmission to the Insurer and Reinsurer
  • Managing and maintaining bank accounts

We provide a true turnkey capability for insurers outsourcing many of the functions typically handled in an LTC insurer’s claims department. A Service Management Team will be assigned to handle all claims-related functions. Our teams are comprised of individuals with expertise in:
