Bryan currently serves as General Counsel for LifePlans, where he is responsible for providing legal advice to internal clients, managing outside counsel, reviewing all transactional documents, audit requests, and supporting corporate governance. In addition, Bryan is also responsible for LifePlans’ privacy rule management and compliance area.

Bryan is a graduate of Hanover College (IN), where he received a Bachelor of Arts in History. He earned his JD from the University of Toledo, College of Law.

Bryan is a member of the Massachusetts Bar, the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Association of Corporate Counsel, and the American Health Lawyers Association.
