Jocelyn is the Vice President of Network Development, Quality Assurance and Training at LifePlans, and has over 25 years of experience in health care and insurance. Prior to her current role at LifePlans, Jocelyn lead the development and implementation of Long-Term Care claim risk management strategies and services at LifePlans.

Before joining LifePlans’ senior management team, Jocelyn was a practicing health care attorney at the law firm of Goulston and Storrs in Boston, Massachusetts. She concentrated her practice in business and health care law with an emphasis on healthcare provider organizations and regulations, corporate transactions, and telemedicine.

Prior to practicing law Jocelyn served as a senior health care analyst and program manager for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts’ Department of Medical Security, where she was involved in the design and implementation of the Commonwealth’s uncompensated care pool and other health insurance programs providing access to the Commonwealth’s uninsured residents.

Jocelyn is a Fulbright Research Fellowship recipient and a graduate of Wellesley College. She holds a Master of Science degree in Health Policy and Management from the Harvard School of Public Health and earned her law degree from the Northeastern University School of Law.
